I was contacted by CVF in mid April and told by Aaron Cox that i qualified for a loan modification for my home mortgage. He sent me retainer forms, i filled them out and sent them back to him. He informed that after reviewing my package he and his legal team could definitely help me. He sent me revised mortgage rates and payments that he saod he'd negotiated with my mortgage company. He told me that he needed 4,875.00 to get the ball rolling. Isn't him the money along with bank statements and paystubs. He told me that he would call me every Tuesday to update on my modification progress and he did up until Tuesday, 18 June. I haven't heard from him since.
