I tried to join a free webcam website. I had to enter in card details to prove I was over 18, but it stated clearly that I would not be charged. The next day my bank called me to say that a suspicious transaction had went through. I went on to the website to try to delete my account but could not find a way. This is a scam. I have to cancel my cards now.
