After my computer screen froze I called the first number fpr apple tech support and stayed on phone with a "technician" for 1 hour and 45 mins he supposedly took care of the problem and he hung up it froze again. I tried to send an email this morning to cancel this service and ask that they not bill mycredit card but all email addresses are not good. I finally used a different phone and talked to a person and she was going to transfer me to billing. I held on for over 20 minutes and finally hung up. I will dispute charges if they submit for payment. Lesson learned the hard way.
