Like everyone elso I happened upon this web site and I was told I had 7 free bids which I used and then get told I have won the bid on the Samsung cell phone. When I got my credit card statement I see the amount for the bid (USD 6.57) had been taken off including an amount of USD 39.99 which I new nothing about. I contacted them and they said I zhould have read the terms and conditions where it talks about this monthly account. I told thwm to cancell immediately and give me my money back which they refused to do saying that that was because of the free bids I had used. I have since then every 2 weeks or so contacted them with regards to the cell phone I won. Last message was them trying to chanbge the cell phone to a bottle of perfume which I rejected and insisted I get my phone. This amount that I have spent with them is a lot of money when converted to Rands. Also when you complain you never get to converse with a live person it is always this no reply message. I want my money back at the latest conversion rate.
