I first got a call from astrastore.com in October or November 2012. They were very pushy to get me to sign up and made it sound like would make a lot of money real fast. I was told that I would be given a coach to help me set everything up. I never got a phone call. I had to call them back about 2 days later and ask for somebody to help me. Also when they were talking me into signing up, I was told there was a 90 day refund period where if I didn't make back the $400 I invested within that 90 day period, I would get my money back no questions asked. I have it a shot and was getting nowhere. I called them back to cancel and was told that it was a 30 day refund not 90. Then the guy (Dave) tells me that since I was told at sign up that I had 90 days, he would honor it and refund my money. I waited a couple weeks for my money to go back into my account and it never did. I called them back looking for this Dave guy I talked to, and of course he is on vacation in the Caiman islands for 3 weeks. I talked to another manager, (Ryan, I believe was his name), and got nothing talked down to. He was very rude and refused to refund my money that the other guy promised me. He argued with me and even hung up on me twice. And now they have all of the astrastore websites under construction without any notice that of doing so. They are a horrible company and should be shut down. The way they do business is unethical and unprofessional.
