Caprice Michelle committed fraud when she leased a property to me at 240 Willowcrest, Rockwall, TX. She is a licensed real estate agent, yet she committed countless violations of the law in the process. She and her attorney drafted a settlement agreement stating the following "I agree to release Caprice Michelle from any claims that may arise for breach of contract, negligence, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act" and list goes on and on. Clearly I did not sign the agreement and 2 days later her and her attorney Daniel Paz filed a lawsuit to evict me. So now I will file suit against her for among other things violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
