I purchased two pairs of ugg slippers both $34.95 from them two months ago. I have emailed them 4 times and they have never responded. I have also tried calling them but they just refer me to their website, I can't actually speak with anyone.
I purchased two other products that I have received from them already, it's just the slippers that are missing.
