Southern Properties list pictures of Condo Grand Caribbean East Unit 417 Perdido Key Florida.
The unit is extremely dirty in carpet and furniture and the quality of the unit is far less than the pictures portray. The services in fitness room are non existant and the elevators work intermittently.
They offered a discount on the following year rental. We asked for that same discount to be credited to our credit card (20%)and they refuse.
