These people are crucks. I did tKe a loan with them and made pUmenys on time as agreed up until I was laif off. I contacted them to stop ach withhdrawal.
Thw rep Kenny in yhe collections dept promised me that he would make sure that my checking account would not be hit and to keep in contact with them to start up payments once I started working again.
Not only did they try to process the payment but the put through several different payment amounts sevetal times a day for 3 days causing my checking account to overdraft.

When I called to request a credit back. Kenny lied and said I notified them after payment was due and they would not return aything even though my account was documented. Very very upset I am.
