I found this has been on my American Express bill for a number of months. I have never used their services. I think I was scammed when I ordered from a company on line and there was a link to ensure free shipping for my order. I called them up and they said they would reverse the charges ... but an Internet search showed other complaints and that they Never stopped the charge after call the company.
