I ordered 2m Astral diamonds for Neverwinter and when the payment went through the only info they asked was server and character name. So I contacted them on their live chat and they asked for my email address, which I gave them. After that I was put on hold and never received another reply. Every day after that I contacted live chat and was either put on hold or ignored completely. After 5 days I filed a complaint with paypal but stated I was still willing to work with them if they contacted me. One hour later they contacted me and we began discussing the setup, but they claimed that before I could receive my diamonds I had to cancel my dispute. I cancelled the dispute and they put me on hold and to this day have yet to contact me. I still go to their live chat and ask them the status every day and now they either ignore me or they have "business hours" posted on their 24/7 live chat. Total scam! Please help!!!!
