I bought my prom dress and received the wrong color. After emailing them they stopped responding and never tried to help fix the problem. I would never buy another dress from woweddingdress.com The customer service is awful and if you get the wrong product, you're stuck with it.

- Hi,Jessica,really bad choice for you.I got 3 dresses from kimidress.co.uk,and when i did not want the one,they refunded the cash which made me happy.And their customer service is pretty awesome,just anwsered my questions fluently.Give them a try,that's all i wanna say.
