to whom this may concern . . .
i bought 2 of these hoses 2 months ago and really enjoyed them, at least at first . . .
even purchased a third one . . .
but in the last 2 weeks, one of the hoses developed a leak that led to a breakdown in the hose, while the other two simply burst from the pressure of having a nozzle attached to one end . . .
as i said, i really liked the hoses at first, very portable, convenient, easy to store, etc. but i was seriously disappointed that all three of them broke down in short order . . .
it should be added that i did not stretch or pull the hoses or put any undue pressure on them that might have caused them to fail . . .
so, while i had planned on maybe getting a few more, this experience has changed my mind . . . and when friends ask me about the hose, i pass along my story . . .
good luck to you, and try to develop a sturdier product . . .
