The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

Sent them a MONEY GRAM in the amount of $1000.00 for the purchase of 2 Pomeranian puppies. This amount was to include shipping via airline. On the day of shipping, received email from the "shipper", Scott Romell requesting another money gram for $990.00 for crates and insurance for the pups. I knew I had been HAD at this point and obviously did not continue with this deceiving transaction. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office in Minnesota and I would suggest that others who have been taken by these thieves do the same. The Cell phone number they gave me has already been disconnected. Please beware! I understand they have countless websites for every pet imaginable!

Do not be scammed by this person. HE will ask for money gram from Wal Mart and then another the following day for shipping. HE HAS NO PUPPIES TO SALE!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much Sandy. My sister is in the middle of getting scammed by this person right now for 3 Pomeranian puppies. I read your message & called her immediately. Thierry had her send him $1,200 via Wal-Mart money gram. My sister evidently bought the wrong kind, and Thierry was trying to get more specifics about the receipt in order to pick up the money. I thought this sounded fishy and looked up his name for scams & found your report. I immediately called my sister & she is now trying to contact Wal-Mart to cancel the money grams. I hope this works out for her, & she does not lose her money. If so, you have literally saved someone from a huge loss. I cannot thank you enough!!!
I wanted to post this comment so that others know how rampant this scam is and how expensive it gets very quickly.

Oh Charlie, I am so glad I was able to help! I am still sick about It! Please let me know how this turns out for her! I did contact Money gram transfers main office yesterday. They advise me to file report with our local FBI office. i intend do so this week. We need to stop
these SCAMMERS!!!!!! -
