Signed up for trial of Green Coffee bean and Liposome and the promotion said I would only have to pay for postage. However, I was then charged £77 and £69 respectively for each product from my visa card. Products then began to be sent out each month which I had not knowingly requested each time a charge for £77 and £69 was deducted from my bank account. The reason that I was duped until July was that I share an account with my husband and he had been checking the account and did not realise that I had not ordered these products. Also the name of the company on the bank statement kept changing. It was only when we returned from a long holiday last week that we realised the full extent of the problem and 4 more products in the post. I telephoned the number of the company provided on dispatch note of the last product to be sent, on Monday 29th July to cancel the account and to get a refund as it appeared that each product sent had a returns slip included. I was told that the computer was down and someone would call me back to confirm the cancellation. This did not happen. I called again today 2nd August 2013 to try and cancel this account. There was no record that that previous telephone call took place and I was told I could not get a refund. They have now sent an email to say that all future transactions have been cancelled but I still don't trust them. We also alerted our bank on 29th July. I am happy to send back all products that remained unopened and want a refund for these.
