i sent an order form in about the end of june 2013 and also said i had won a big amount of money £20,500.00 so i also sent that in. i rang up a week a go and asked where my goods were they said an item was not in stock and will be in next week which was last week still nothing came i rang up this morning monday 5th of august about 12.15 and a man answered and said my goods have not been even dispatched and asked if i sent it by airmail i said no just normal post i said to the man i want to cancel my order than asked why i want to cancel it and i said i have been waiting a long time for it. he said i could not have my money back. then i sweared at him which i should not of done
