I have orderd a kichen from them and yeah my story is very to u all we looked on web site and price seemed very reasonable., so we called them the've booked a sales man to come around did all drawing and told us how good there are anyway so we decided to go ahead and placed the order with sales man called alan.however they prommised us that the kichen will on this date it never come took day off from work waited all day for kichen arrive It never came so re arranged for a second date still no body came lost two days paid from work and re arranged 3rd time my god it finally arrived .inresting part is when we got our delivery realised only part of delived called customer sevice u could be on phone holding all day but there is no one the phone to deal with query. Anyway to get the missing part we had to wait for 2 weeks untill than I could not intall my kitchen and finally it arrived but faulty, so I called the company to inform that its faulty but kept on hold for aleast couple of hours astill no one pick up a phone to deal with ur complains. Even though I coudnt make complain so I comprmised the fault and decided to fit the kitchen and I found that some doors are missing for units. My god this kitchen is from hell we are so stresse and lost lot our money I wish I never got kitchen from them this company ia a big scammers we are not rich so this money was a lot money for us and now we can't ford a new kitchen. I would strongly advice please do not order kitchen from this people.
