I ordered equinox day & night cream and was charged an additional 93.00 for plumplips cream,wrinkle cream,and eye cream I did not order. Did not rec'd any of these products.I called the number showing on my statement and got nowhere. The person I spoke to (I could not understand him)said something about checking a tracking #, came back to phone said his system was having a problem to call back in 15 minutes.
Update: 08/06/2013
Returned call to Eqinox and they informed me they can give me a 44.50 refund, Not good enough.
