For 2 weeks I have been receiving messages with only 011 as call back number. No voice mail left. I called Verizon and asked them to block that number from calling me twice a day. Their answer "We can only block 10 digit numbers. Fortunately I'm not dumb enough to pick up when it calls. Just wanted folks to be aware of what is probably a scam from bad guys that we good guys haven't developed technology yet to fight!
