I've sent the money from paypal to take it on my skrill. Chatter in it said me that i newbee on skrill and need few hours to send them (i'm on skrill more than a 1 year). Ok, i will wait not a prob. It was in about 03PM. When it was 11PM and i don't take skrill money, i was shocked. And when i asked chatter on site what is the problem, could he explain me anything. I took nothing, silence was and now it.

By the way, you are telling you sent them 15 USD. which is not the minimum amount.
