My friend pulled this up, thinking it was part of the gov't website while trying to help me in a hurry.I filled out the information then got charged 34$ after I hit submit, I thought it was weird to pay for it since I knew it was free. I realized I got scammed hard and they got my number and my card information. I am watching my card closely now. But I also have to flag my number and contact the SSA. This company needs to be reported.
