GE Capital Bank offered me a $1000.00 loan for an insurance fee of $100.00. like an idiot....i did this with the use of a Prepak prepaid debit card that they recommend (which is the same as cash when you give someone the pin number). in short....they took the money off of it and then lied and said the card was not valid and wanted me to get another card with $100.00 on it. i stopped there. i am unable to get my money back.
