I ordered this reading from golden girl who could help me so much..and I couldn't even use the site...it wouldn't let me open anything..and nothing is free like it says..everything cost more money..very misleading I have called and emailed for a full refund...I also have turned this in to the BBB...as a scam...big time..give my money back just as quick as you took it ...I want and expect a full refund as the email states..please cancel my account and never take my money or anyone else's money again...SCAM
