We are a small specialist children's home and we booked Lancashire interior home designs after finding them on line working under the name of uber kichens. I explained that we had a very short window of time to get a kitchen fitted and the company said that they would be able to work to our time scale so I agreed for Russell Evans to come out to design the kitchen. He made two visits in the week to discuss and then confirm the design.On both occasions he reassured me that they would be able to deliver and fit the kitchen within the specified time. After phoning them to get a delivery time I was told by the manager that they wouldn't be able to deliver the kitchen until the end of the week! I was told that my only option was to hire a van and drive up to collect the kitchen and get my own fitter! This is totally unacceptable and has caused unimaginable problems as we have all the other trades booked in to work around the kitchen fitters. This company has no morals and has caused huge distress to a children's home who now have no option but to wait another year for an opportunity to fit a much needed kitchen that is suitable for the children to use. I really hope they are ashamed of their so called 'excellent service'. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.
