I was in an accident and they said I didnt have insurance with them and I did so after the run around for two months I got my car fix with my own money and know they wont give me my money even tho they found out it was and era on their part.

- I was a Natiowide agent for ten years and have had my policy with them for at least 25 years. No problems. Was this accident your fault? Did you have comp, collision ,uninsured motorist and underinsured motortist on your policy. If it was not your fault, was the other party underinsured. Just some things to think about. If it is a payment problem and you have proof of your payment, but Nationwide does not, and your agent will not help. Go to your states board of insurance regulators. As long as you have the proof, they will make Nationwide pay.Their is no reason to eat the cost as long as you have proof of payment and were insured properly. Let me know what state your in and I can find your state insurance board. They are the key to getting your money back. Fight for your money. If you are right, there is help other than Nationwide. By the way, the state insurance board will most likely fine them if they rule in your favor.:)
