This was absolutely the worst resort experience of my life................... The hotel Manager, Abraham did not care about my concerns at all neither does Javier, they want to charge you for anything even if have more than one person in the room expect to pay $165 per person as extra fee for each person in addition to the person the room is under, even a child have a daily fee of $165. The room was not ready at check in time. They just said sorry, that's it! The main restaurants do not have air conditioning, food is lowest as you can get, frozen Burgers and cheap quality Mexican meet, i think the meet they use, it sells in Mexico Supermarkets for $1.50 per Ibs. You sit there and sweat. Room AC Barley Works, it's incredibley hot and can't sleep from Heat or Noise..............This Hotel is being run by GANGSTERS and expect to pay $200-$400 daily in extra fees, they will make up the fees to charge you, like $100 daily for dirty towels or for room service or for having a child in the room or having a girlfriend or bofriend.........also the resort credit even if have $2000 dollars of it is totally worthless........STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, I HAVE STAYED IN HALF OF THE HOTELS IN CANCUN, RIVERA MAYA, TULUM AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN AND THIS BY FAR THE WORST, VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. THERE IS JUST SO MANY CHEAPER AND WAY BETTER HOTELS.
