This is not the first time I have tried contacting this company with questions.I have tried for 3 months off and on at different times. The live chat has never worked either. I always get an auto response about tech issues. Luckily I have not given any credit card info. This has scam written all over it. Unfortunately all I have seen is how wonderful the software is. Until I dug deep enough.
