I answered a survey and Rejuvenex was one of the item that were offered for a free trial and all I had to pay for is shipping. I accepted the first shipment but eventually had to stop trying the product since I experienced a burning sensation in and skin peeling from my face.
On August 23, they sent me an email telling me that my order was on the way. I tried to reply saying that I did not authorize the order but my emails came back. The phone numbers presented were not answered or had automatic responses to wait for the next available agent. I immediately looked at my online credit card statement and it showed that Rejuvenex had charged my card on August 12th though no communication was sent confirming the order on that date. They only sent the shipping email on Aug. 23
