They are a company that make you believe they are working on the behalf of apple. I wanted my computer to be fixed, and they said they can do so, but then they ask you to pay 200$ and then they bill you every month. Their company URL is apple.mytechhelp.com and if you search apple tech support on google, they are on top of the list. Can you see why I thought they were apple? I don't want to send my computer with my valuable information to a company that seems so sketchy.

- This same company scammed my very computer illiterate mother and I need to make sure everyone complaining about this company knows that if at any point you gave them remote control of your computer, they installed spyware to record your keystrokes in hopes of getting your bank account info. Please pass this on! I had to do a very deep default cleansing of my mother's desktop before she could safely use it again after dealing with mywebtech
