Purchased an Air Canada ticket through this company, however when I needed to make a change, they told me that this was not allowed, and that I would have to call Air Canada. I did this, and the helpful agent there told me that they had nothing to do with this. He gave me very informative information, and when I called One Travel back again, the agent there still insisted that I could not change anything on the ticket, even for a fee. On the itinerary sent to me, it stated that if I needed to make any changes to call them, which I did, however wasn't allowed to do so. Needless to say, I will never deal with them again.
