I applied for a trial product of Bio slim and Biocleanse with a charge only for P&H in January 2012. I was not aware of ongoing supplies to be charged to my credit card at the time of application. Since then I have recieved monthly supplies of biocleanse, with a charge of $90 per month. I have tried numerous times to cancel this but to no avail. I have tried both through email and phone.
How do I recitfy this?????

- If you have called customer service with no resilts then Call your credit card company and tell them you want to dispute all of the charges. Another term is Charge Back all of the charges. You can charge back on your credit card for 18 months from the date of the charge. This will not only get you your money back it is detrimental for their account as well.

- Hi Michelle. I have had the same problem with Yknot for about 2 years. I managed to get some of my payments reversed by my Credit Card Co but not all. We had to cancel our credit card and obtain a new one from another merchant. We still receive their junk emails as it seems they change their sender's name or some other means to fool email filters. Obviously not a nice outfit to deal with. Be sure to tell all your friends etc to avoid them as that is the best way to treat a company who use dubious methods to operate their business.
