They took money from my checking account without authorization. I would like them to put the money back. I am a single mother raising my child alone and I have to work very hard to make this money. I have e-mailed with no responses. I have called the numbers and no one answers the phone. Please help

This is the address that is listed with the better business bureau and it not the same one that is listed here. You can file a complaint with the BBB for this company. Also the Resume Companion will answer if you call when they first open at 10:00 eastern time. I figure because they "have" to take a few calls. But when I talked to them they kept saying they have a "no refund" policy. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully if everyone does they might get shut down. Keep trying to call and don't give up as money is tight with everyone now and we don't need scam companies like this doing "business." Good luck. -
