As with Mandy, the same thing has happened to me but the amount is $3000 with a request for $900 for upfront money which would be applied against the loan and another $400 for insurance against the loan.

These people are really playing on the desperate and needy among us. I was left with no income for a month now because of this Company and their employees who are well trained to fraud us people.

I will not go into much detail but even Mandy had a lawyer look at the contract and he felt is was on the up and up. Maybe eventually when you are wipped out of your hard earned cash.

These people are listed with the Better Business Bureau in San Jose but they do not have a valid licence to operate as I found out when I contacted the Department who is responsible for business licences in California. I was told they have no authority to operate as a lending company in the California State and it states their office is in New Haven Connecticut; however, I have been unable to find any listings for this company and I am in the process of following up by going through Government Departments to find out in actual fact if they are legitimate.

Be weary people. Do not fall prey until something has been settled with these people.
