So I sign up, deposit some money (roughly 25-30$ a deposit), and finally playthrough $4500, then withdrawal $1000. Problem is the money reached my account. Then, I contact customer Service who then forwards my info to the financial dept. They (Inappropriate Content Removed) ask me to send in my bank statement which I did, to prove that I did not receive anything. Then Jim O'Connell from Financial dept. tries to ask dumb questions that can try an put the blame on my end, which is ridiculous because I entered all of my correct bank info and was approved before these winnings took place. It's been almost 3 months now and I still get no sign of emails or contact from Jackpot Grand at all. They are a bunch of (Inappropriate Content Removed) who won't even accept phone calls. Why have a financial Dept. that no-one can call? Exactly, to scam people of their money.
