these people from india were very aggressive in getting me to sign on for pc support. tried hard for $300 2 year contract. i signed for 1 year. 5 months later there pc support connection doesnt work. neither their phone number. isent an e mail to complain and later received a phone call, they wanted to refund my money, saying they were with microsoft, wanting me to connect via shared link. i refused.contract signed on march 20 2013.
