I ordered trial packs of their products@£1.99 each totalling £3 98,inc post and packing,which I duly received,and this amount was debited to my card on 25th June.I heard nothing until I received my next Credit Card Statement which had been debited with two amounts of £84 71.[£179.42] in total on 8th July.I had not received any more products at this time.I immediately contacted my credit card co.who advised me to contact the merchants direct to try and resolve the matter.They neither anwered my emails or took my phone calls.I tried my card co.again who said they would lodge a dispute for me.Their actions were so slow that my card was debited again with a further two amounts of £89.66 [£179 82]in total.I can say that this amount has since been refunded but my credit card co.say they can,t proceed any further to obtain a refund of £174 92.still outstanding.Please advise.Many thanks
