Started on 4/29/13. Asked for $495.00 for a Development package that would take about 6 weeks. I paid in installments because I wasn't 100% convinced they were legitimate. When they go paid in full I received my "Development Package" which I received 2 weeks later. Upon review I realized, after checking, that all they did was copy and paste, word for word, from Wikipedia. They copied news about HBO, SHOW, STARZ and a few other stations. They did this word for word and when I told my contact that I knew this about these stations and that they copied word for word his answer to me was "Jeff not everyone is as savvy as you are". I said ok and now they would build a short 2-3 minute production dvd that they would present to the studios such as HBO, Showtime etc etc. When I got my agreement in my hands the president called me personally and gave me 3 options;
10% for $12,450.00 up front
5% for $10,450.00 up front
10% for $8450.00 with $4800.00 up front and pay off the balance.

I did not do any of these options. I offered him 20% and $12,450.00 when the first check comes in from any of the stations. His words to me were "not in a hundred years would he do that". I said "not in a hundred years would I send him any more money".

I told him about the 1st "package" that cost $495.00 that is literally worth .50 cents. I asked for a refund and he said no.
