My husband ordered some sample pills on 17 September 2013. The price for those pills was just under $3. When he went to checkout, that was the price that was charged. Instead we find out that $148.96 was charged to our account. He took a screen shot of the transaction and it had information below the authorized amount blurred. He assumed it was his personal information. I am willing to bet that it was the "authorization" to charge our account more. I called to find out how to complain and return the bottles. They said they automatically send out all the bottles with the sample. They told me that I needed a tracking number to prove that I sent it back. I got two different answers when I called regarding how long a refund would take. One said that it could take, basically, over two weeks because they had to verify the contents (I'm guessing count the pills?)
I am not happy! They are deceptive!!
