I ordered a product £59.90 on 4th September. On 6th September my account was debited £60.70 (?!). Having not received my delivery (should have been within 4-6 days) I emailed [email protected] (from whom I had received a confirmation) on 17th September. Having received no further response I used their online contact form to message both their Sales and Shipping departments on 20th September. Still no response. I used their online contact form to message sales again on 20th September. Notably on submitting their online contact form they claim to reply within 24 hours. Needless to say I have heard nothing. This is causing distress.
