Bought microphone for $166 on 18/08/2013.Paid into Westpac account.
Got email saying order was processed, no tracking number.
They have not responded to emails requesting information about order other than generic emails acknowledging receipt of my emails.
Unable to contact them by phone.
Got in touch with Westpac but they said they could do nothing unless the police were involved, so went to police who have told me to go through the commerce commission.
