I was purchasing an offer for 2 bottles of Pure Garcinia Cambodia, and was under the impression I would be charged only Eur 0.99 for shipping.
But my bank statement showed a debit of Eur 118.72 !!!
I immediately wrote to this address to cancel the order.
I was told to call a phone number.
I tryed, but the number didn't work, maybe because I called with mobile and the number was in USA.
I live in Italy. When purchaising the site was in italian, and there was no evidence that the good were going to come from so far.
I wrote another mail, saying all this, for order cancellation, but had no answer
yesterday arrives a letter from italian custom, saying that I must do a lot of declarations about the type of goods, send the invoice (that I don't have)
and maybe pay also a fee.
now I'm writing another mail saying I don't want pills. I want my money back.
I don't want problems with custom.

I have contacted other 2 or three times the site via e-mail. Every time the only answer is "....contact our Customer Support Department at 888-857-8325.." even if I said is impossible for me (i live in Italy and have problems to call this number).

It seems their support service give automatic answer, no matter about the content of the mail.
