I want to file a complaint against Fifties Connect, I joined on 9/14/13 & became a full member. When I went on the page to view the prices, I was looking at the monthly fees and thought that was the price that I would pay monthly. NOTHING CAME UP FOR ME TO AUTHORIZE ANY AMOUNT OF PAYMENT, like they have been telling me. Because I would NOT of authorized this payment. I had to go to my bank account to see what was taken out, it was not $10, it was $59.95. So if I had to go to my bank then no amount came up for me to authorize. Then they say its this 7 day cooling off period, which I knew nothing about, and that I had used the site and they could not issue me a refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP in the amount of $59.95. I am very angry that this so called dating website does not explain anything to you at all, they just want your money!!! I believe that this is a scam because there is no phone numbers that I can call, (per one of the customer service people) to speak to someone....What is up with that? Sounds fishy to me. I don't care what you have to do, I WANT A REFUND ASAP!!!!! If this doesn't happen you will force me to contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL.... I will be waiting for your response, use my email address.
