On October 18, 2012, I was selected by the Human Resources Department of the Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL)for a Skype Interview for the position of Manager of Public Relations and Government Affairs on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 9:00 AM.

After several interviews, including with the Executive Vice President, Mr. Gregory D Bird, CPA on Saturday, December 8, 2012, I was sent the following email by said Executive Vice President:

Executive Briefing Package
This document summarizes our global and regional objectives, the immense value proposition, and validation by public and private sector leaders around the world. In addition, included therein is a forecast of the Executive's significant increase in base salary and well as an unsurpassed equity value based on achieving defined milestones.

Consulting Agreement
This agreement specifies the Executive's compensation and the deliverables to be accomplished. Upon achievement of the Objectives listed in Schedule A in accordance with the Company’s 2013 operating timeline, the Executive shall have the following options: 1) Enter into an Employment Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A with an enhanced salary level and equity shares, or 2) Enter into an Advisory Board Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B wherein the Advisory Board shares will be deemed fully paid up.

Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement
This agreement serves to protect the rights of each party with respect to the use of confidential information.

Upon your execution of the attached Agreements, we will plan for a final interview with our Chairman Captain Salloum where a final decision will be made whether to accept your engagement and to finalize the agreements. Upon acceptance, we would then arrange for your transportation to Lebanon or Kuala Lumpur in the coming weeks where we will convene a training session for the Global Task Force Team as a whole.

After being selected and signing the relevant documents, on Monday, January 7, 2013, I was emailed by the then GCEL Manager of Human Resources, who stated "I would like you to confirm your availability this week in order to start booking your Travel/Hotel arrangements over to Beirut, Lebanon and then Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; to attend the Global Task Force Sessions.

Upon arriving in Beruit, Lebanon and attending work EVERYDAY, as we the International Consultants were made to work every day, even on weekends and on National Holidays from Monday, January 14, 2013 - Wednesday, January 30, 2013 = 17 days = US$5,543.48 plus $659.00 for Intransit and other Expenses, as per the contract that they asked me to sign.

Section 1.3 states: Fees and Expenses. The Consultant shall earn and the Company shall pay the Consultant USD 7,500.00 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars) per month for Consultant’s Services (“Consultant Fee”). The Consultant Fees shall be paid on or about the 10th business day after the end of each full monthly period. Consultant Fees shall be prorated for any partial month of services rendered.

After MONTHS OF REPEATED REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT DUE TO ME FROM Mr. Gregory Bird of GCEL/WLC for money owed to me, I have YET to be paid by GCEL/WLC.

Please note that the Chairman, Captain Samuel Salloum,had asked me to remain in Beruit, Lebanon, indefinitely, and to accompany him to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, etc. However, I refused, as the Regional Office I had agreed to work from was the Americas in Panama.

I have several of my colleagues who have also NOT BEEN PAID BY GCEL/WLC, while over 100 experts like myself have left GCEL/WLC for the EXACT REASON like this. We did not find out about the SCAM until AFTER we were already in Beruit, Lebanon, where they refused to allow us to leave on the supposed return plane tickets that we were sent! MY COLLEAGUES that I know who have also NOT BEEN PAID ARE FROM THE AMERICAS, INCLUDING USA, EUROPE, and the MIDDLE EAST. I AM SURE THAT THERE MAY BE OTHERS from AFRICA, etc!

THIS NOTICE IS TO ADVISE EVERY PERSON TO BE VERY CAREFUL IF THEY ARE CONTACTED BY GCEL TO GO WORK FOR GCEL/WLC. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY GLOBAL COALITION FOR EFFICIENT LOGISTICS (GCEL)and WORLD LOGISTICS COUNCIL (WLC)!!! WWW.GCEL.NET
