I have tried contacting the company numerous times over the last two and a half years regarding royalties and copyright on my late mother's book. She never received any royalties and her beneficiaries have not received any since her passing. I've tried speaking to an agent but never seem to be able to get through to speak to a real person and have logged numerous tickets via their online portal. None have been responded to.
