I bought 3 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia as it was the best price as I saw it on the online site I ordered it from. The site said I had 90 days to return it if it didn't work. I ordered it at the beginning of August (I think about the 2). I don't have the exact date that I received the bottles but on 26 August I called and spoke with Alice who assured me that the money back free-trial was 90 days.

I emailed several times to cancel the Your Trim Trainer and received an automated response and was billed. I called the number on the email and always got the message that the number was "temporarily unavailable." Finally I called my bank to find out the number associated with the credit card payment. They gave me another number that worked and I was able to cancel the Trim Trainer although it was a third party.

I then called on 18 September to see about returning the bottles as I was gaining weight not losing it. She told me I couldn't as she thought the 30 days were up. I told her I'd been assured that it was 90 days. She said the policy had changed and that it was 30 days and she couldn't do anything about it.

That was the last I've been able to talk with anyone about returning the bottles and receiving my money back - which I made sure about before starting to use them.
