International boundaries
Paypal Smart Connect charged me a 35.00 late fee which they refused to return. I only had a balance of $40 on the account. These charges are predatory and unjustified. I never signed up for smart connect. It was added to my account without my consent and it is the default payment choice for online purchases whether you like it or not!
