I selected the option to pay for only a monthly membership when I signed up. I paid more because I was declining the auto renewal option. I am certain I chose no automatic renewal. I was recently charged $71.94 for 6 months of service. I wrote to the company demanding a refund and I was told that it was explained to me at the outset that my account would be automatically renewed. I am aware of the auto renewal option and I specifically selected no auto renewal. I am furious at what is a dismissive response from the company. I have not even used the service. I asked for a phone number and requested to speak with a customer service representative on the phone. I am awaiting a response.
