My bank account was fraudulently charged $89.97 for a "membership" that I did not know I was signing up for. I find it odd that on the email I initially responded to - if there was any information about continued "membership" it was buried deep within the email so no one could ever find it, and yet when I go to the website now I find the information is right there bolded in black-and-white and clear. Funny how it wasn't that way on my email. I want a refund of the $89.97 that they fraudulently charged me. I received no copy of a bill or any receipt stating that this was going to happen. How can one ask for a refund within the 14 days or 30 days whatever it is, if they don't know they're being charged?
