I placed an order for two bottles of Allimax on 9/15/13. I did receive an email copy of the order, but I have called and emailed many times since then to find out when I might expect the order to arrive. So for no one has returned my calls or email and I see others have had the same problem of getting charged for items (as I have been on my credit card) and not receiving them and getting no responses to calls or emails.
