Got a phone call 24/8/2013 offering voucher discounts for petrol/dining/travel etc,one pound confirmation of account meant bank details had to be given,had 14 day trial from receipt of booklet. Booklet never turned up but 79.99 removed from my account. Rang for refund on 7/8/2013 but had to wait 28 days. Waited but no refund,rang again and they sent another booklet which arrived 2/9/2013 with cancellation email address.Cancelled subscription but still no refund. Rang again and told non-refundable after 14 day trial expired 7/8/2013.
